The goal is to enhance our communication frequency and delivery for this specific segment of Customers by removing in person communication and increase overall touch points on an annual basis.     Otis Canada Inc. has an exciting job opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their leadership skills while learning about the different divisions within Otis. During this 6-12 month training program, you will have the opportunity to work in different Otis branches across Canada, gaining experience to allow you to transition into a field management position in a branch after the training program is complete.     The Human Resources Generalist will join the Canadian Human Resources team for a 12-18 month contract period. In this role, you will support the Associate Director for Human Resources. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and on-boarding of new hires along with other areas of HR consisting of but not limited to: policy creation and management, driving various internal initiatives, training & development, HR reporting and analytics, and general administration.     Otis Canada, Inc. is hiring a Regional Field Engineer for Western Canada.  The Regional Field Engineer acts as a liaison between the factory and the field, resolving technical issues that arise in the field.

         • Design / redesign elevator components and / or control systems to meet the needs of customers
         • Train field associates engaged in construction, service and modernization projects
         • Direct and implement  process improvement activities in the field
         • Work with a diverse portfolio of equipment (Otis and non-Otis equipment)
         • Submit design documentation to the regulatory bodies and explain code compliance rationale to these authorities
         • Ensure that all field personnel comply with safe work practices in accordance with EH&S standards
         • Interface with internal and external customers and identify solutions and provide consultation
